Bruce H. Kaplan, Esq., President; bhk@bkdevelopmentgroup.com

Mr. Kaplan directs the overall strategy of BKDG, which is the successful development of commercial, residential, and community facility properties. Mr. Kaplan coordinates and administers BKDG and its various units, including finance, legal, construction, real estate leasing and office organization. Mr. Kaplan has been involved in the development of several hundred affordable residential and mixed-use multi-family housing units in the New York metropolitan area, and served as in-house counsel to an inner-city community economic development corporation. Mr. Kaplan received his Master of Science, Real Estate, Development and Investment concentration, from New York University in January 2003; a Juris Doctor in May 1985 from the State University of New York at Buffalo Faculty of Law and Jurisprudence, and a B.A., with honors in June 1981 from Brown University where he majored in Organizational Behavior and Management.

Mr. Conde has over 30 years experience in the acquisition, planning, development, financing, construction, leasing and management of a myriad of multi-family real estate projects throughout the New York metropolitan area, including numerous affordable housing projects. Mr. Conde supervised the rehabilitation and operation of approximately 950 affordable housing rental units in New York City from 1989-1994. His responsibilities include site identification and acquisition, construction management, and vendor contractual relations. Mr. Conde received a B.A. in Business Administration with honors from St. Johns University, Queens, NY in June 1969. He was Chief Executive Officer of the Southeast Chapter of the Hispanic Society of Queens from 1973-1978; is a member of Sustainable Long Island; and, is Chairman, of the Environmental Oversight Committee of Point of View, Wyandanch, New York.
